  • Managed Travel

    Corporate travel that is actively overseen and coordinated by travel management companies or internal travel departments, ensuring policy compliance and cost control.

  • MCO (Miscellaneous Charges Order)

    A document issued by airlines to collect payment for services other than air transportation, such as excess baggage fees, seat upgrades, or other ancillary charges. MCOs can be used as a form of credit for future travel purchases or to pay for additional services.
