
No one in our industry will soon forget the challenge of unused airline tickets in 2020. With so many cancellations at the outset of the Covid-19 pandemic, systems were not quite in place to automate how unused tickets should be handled. Especially outside the U.S., some clients were unfamiliar with the term ‘unused tickets’ and quite surprised to find they had budget available to their programs in the form of vouchers.
