BCD Travel is tapping travel data platform FairFly’s technology to power its air price assurance offering, the travel management company announced.
FairFly has been a partner of BCD since 2018, available to BCD clients through its SolutionSource marketplace, but a new, expanded agreement is putting FairFly technology behind a standard BCD offering, BCD Air Price Assurance, that predicts fare changes and automatically rebooks and cancels tickets when lower rates are available. The tool can offer up to 4.8 percent of savings on a company’s total air spend, according to BCD.
