Accessibility Statement

Oversee strives to make our organization and our website accessible to individuals with disabilities in order to promote equal rights and transparency for people with disabilities.

The Essence of an Accessible Website

An accessible website enables individuals with disabilities to browse with the same level of efficiency and enjoyment as other users, utilizing the capabilities of the system on which it operates, and employing assistive technologies for accessibility.

Implementation of Accessibility Adjustments on the Website

The accessibility adjustments on the website have been made in accordance with Standard J: Internet Services Accessibility Regulations for Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Accessibility Adjustments for Service) 2013, Israeli Standard T”Y 5568 based on WCAG 2.0 guidelines. The website has been made accessible to Level AA and is subject to changes and adjustments made in the Israeli standard document.

The website supports the use of assistive technologies such as screen reader software, keyboard navigation using the Tab and Shift+Tab keys to navigate links, arrow keys, Enter key for selection, Esc key to exit menus and windows, and pressing H or a number to navigate between headings.

Accessibility Adjustments Made

This website has undergone meticulous accessibility adjustments, including the implementation of semantic and informative markup for assistive technologies, keyboard-only navigation and operation in accordance with the recommendations of the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), color adjustments, and the addition of helpful labels and instructions in forms for the benefit of all users. Additionally, to ensure an optimal browsing experience with screen reader software, we recommend using the latest version of the NVDA software.

Some of the Accomplishments on the Website

We have added an accessibility plugin tailored for WordPress systems (link to the purple-lens.com plugin), which enables control over font sizes, block bypass, guidance texts for NVDA and JAWS screen readers, keyboard navigation for mouse-less browsing, site compatibility adjustments for NVDA and JAWS screen readers, comfortable black-on-white color schemes/high color contrast, animation blocking, and highlighting of links.

For the best browsing experience with screen reader software, we recommend using the latest version of NVDA and the Google Chrome browser.

Please note that despite our efforts to make all pages on the website accessible, attached documents (such as PDFs, Word, Excel), and video files are still in the process of being made accessible, and we are working to complete this.
